RebateBench
Private pilot · invite only

Get rebate paperwork off your plate.

We’re building a workspace to help HVAC offices prepare rebate applications from the job information they already have.

For HVAC contractors. Check requirements and preview your draft before you pay.

The workspace, today

One job, exactly as the software shows it

A sample job with confirmed equipment, one document still missing, and a deadline coming up. This is a working screen, not an illustration.

Sample job, synthetic data, labeled in the app itself. We will replace this with a real pilot job only with that contractor’s written permission.

Three steps, in the order the work happens

Step 01

Bring in the job

Add the customer, the address, and the invoice. We read what we can off the invoice as a convenience — you confirm anything that goes on a form.

Step 02

Work through the requirements

Each requirement shows its inputs, its source, and the date a person last reviewed it. Missing inputs stay at unknown until you supply them.

Step 03

Prepare the packet

Forms filled, attachments in the program’s order, blockers listed. You review it, then you file it through the program’s own channel.

Every job has a next step

The work queue groups jobs by what is holding them up — missing information, approaching deadline, ready for review, waiting on the program — and names the next action for each.

See why a requirement applies

Open any check to see the values it used, the page it came from, and who reviewed that page. When an input is missing the result is unknown — never a soft pass.

Unknown — matched combination efficiency

The indoor model is missing, so the rule was not evaluated.

Your shop details, ready to reuse

License numbers, remittance details and the signature block are stored once and dropped into every form, so nobody retypes them at 6pm.

Coverage you can check before you start

Every pathway carries a support level and the date a person last reviewed it. If we cannot prepare a packet for your program, the table says so before you spend anything.

How we verify a program

Who reads the rules, what counts as a source, how often pages are re-checked, and what happens when a program changes mid-application.
