What counts as one application
One job+One program+One installation event
Filing the same installed job to a second program is a second application. Revising and re-exporting the same application is not, and those re-exports are free. A follow-up install at the same address months later is a new installation event, so it is a new application.
Two things we will not do
Included applications do not roll over. Five per month means five in that month. If you file two, you paid for two months of availability, not eight credits.
Nothing is unlimited and nothing auto-charges. The sixth application in a month costs $29 and you have to click to buy it.
Questions contractors actually ask
What counts as an application?
One job, one program, one installation event. Re-exports of the same application are free; a second program for the same job is a second application.
Do you submit it for me?
No. We prepare the packet; you file it through the program’s own portal or email. Exporting a packet is not submitting it, and we record those as separate events.
Can I keep using my existing software?
Yes. Keep quoting, scheduling and invoicing where you do now. Bring in the invoice and the equipment details; nothing else has to move.
What if my program is not supported?
The coverage table tells you before you spend anything. Below “Packet supported” there is nothing to buy — you can still use the guide and the checks where they exist.
Will the program approve my application?
We cannot say. The program decides, on its own timeline. We check your job against the rules we have verified and show you what is missing, which is a different thing from approval.
What happens if I cancel?
Your jobs, documents and packets stay readable and downloadable on the Free plan. Monthly allocations stop; applications you already bought remain yours to re-export.
